shipping policy

Shipping is available across Canada. At the moment we don't ship internationally or to the USA! 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and will be sent through Canada Post. No tracking is available on postage under $5 (Standard post). Tracking will be provided on postage over $10 (Parcels).

Shipping rates for parcels fluctuate based on fuel surcharges set by Canada Post. Expect shipping rates ranging from $15-30. Most jewelry available for $5 shipping through lettermail.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship certain large vintage items. these will be labelled "not available for shipping" in the item description, and you will be unable to checkout with standard shipping selected for these items.

Please contact Canada Post for any lost or damaged packages. 

local pickup policy

A local pickup option can be chosen at the checkout. Local pickup is only available for residents in Winnipeg, Manitoba who are able to pickup in one of the following locations preferably within three (3) weeks. :

- Charleswood area (R3R) - Private Residence

- West End (R3G) - Private Studio at 618 Arlington Street

All pickups are scheduled by appointment only, and no drop-ins will be accepted. You will select your preferred location and chose a pickup day and time on the checkout page. Please make a note of your selected day and location choice. You will be contacted via email the day before your pickup with the address and other pickup instructions. 

Charleswood area pickups: please note pickups at this location are contactless, and be mindful this is a private residence. The address will not be disclosed until you schedule a pickup and your reminder email goes out. 

Private Studio pickups: Our private studio is located at 618 Arlington, inside ARTlington studios. The building is locked to the public, this is not a storefront. We will meet you in person at the door to give you your order at this location, and you will have the opportunity to come inside and shop our studio space if you choose. Free street parking is available on southbound Arlington- there is all day parking on weekends, and mon-fri you cannot stop within the hours 7-9am & 3:30-5:30pm (please note this when booking a pickup if you are driving). During these no parking hours there is parking on adjacent streets Alverstone or Home Street (3-5min walk away). 

If your pickup appointment no longer works for you, please contact us via email or instagram with your order number and name to reschedule. 

Failure to pickup (includes missed pickup times) after three (3) months will result in the cancellation of your purchase. Refunds can be requested but will not be provided automatically and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

If the local pickup option is selected at checkout and you are unable to pickup, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of their order.

return + refund policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase (2 weeks) on most items. Items must be in the same condition as purchased to be eligible for return.

RETURNS ON SHIPPED ITEMS

Because we are such a small business, we do not accept returns on items that have been shipped (unless the purchaser is willing to cover return postage costs). For any damaged or lost packages, please contact Canada Post. 

RETURNS ON LOCAL PICKUP ITEMS

Returns are accepted on all clothing and housewares that have been picked up locally in Winnipeg. You must drop off your item at our private studio/pickup location, and once the item has been received a refund will be issued. 

Sale items may be subject to a "final sale" policy which will be stated in the item description. 

Any minor signs of wear or damages are common with vintage items and anything major will be mentioned in the item description. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of damages that were mentioned before purchase.
