Hand painted pet portrait custom fit to a vintage frame (included)

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your portrait to be made. For pickup: choose a date a minimum of 3 weeks away, we will contact you to reschedule if needed. Shipping: your will receive a shipping notification when your order is ready.

Frame specific details:

• Frame Size: large - 9x11.5"
• Portrait size: ~5x7”
• Hardware: built in hanging and standing hardware 
• Other Details: Shadow box style frame with built in gold plastic mat, and ivory white mat inside. Portrait will be painted to fit the size of the white mat. Lovely ornate details on the side of the frame. Small imperfection on the glass of one corner (pictured), barely visible when hung.

Please email us (goldenpetalgoods@gmail.com) with the following information after you complete your order:

1. Reference photo: please provide a primary reference photo, preferably of your pet in a sitting position from the front or at the angle you would like painted. Additional reference photos can be provided to help us capture more detail, but the primary photo will be used mainly for the portrait.
2. Select a background colour (i.e. artists choice, neutrals, provide a colour or a Pantone code and we will make the closest match)
3. If your pet is wearing an accessory (i.e. collar, bandana) in the photo, do you want it included in the portrait?
4. Please choose from the following: A. I would like to see the painting before it is framed, and have one opportunity to make minor edits. B. I would like the finished portrait to be a surprise, and do not want to see it before I pick it up.

Disclaimers

• One pet per portrait is included in the price.
• The portrait will be painted to fit in the designated frame, which is included in the purchase. All frames are second hand, and may have very minor imperfections.
• Custom pet portraits are non-refundable once the painting process has begun and you’ve submitted your reference photos. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions or want to know what to expect.
• If you have additional requests or questions, please email us before you purchase a pet portrait. At this time, we reserve the right to decline custom requests that we do not feel confident fulfilling. Custom request also may incur additional charges. Thanks for understanding!
