Hand painted pet portrait custom fit to a vintage frame (included)

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your portrait to be made. For pickup: choose a date a minimum of 3 weeks away, we will contact you to reschedule if needed. Wait times may be longer before the holiday season due to demand. The current cut-off for orders to be completed before Christmas is December 5th. For Shipping: your will receive a shipping notification when your order is ready.

Frame specific details:

• Frame Size: medium - 5.5x7.5”
• Portrait size: ~3.75x5.5” beveled rectangle 
• Hardware: built in standing hardware and hook to hang. 
• Other: Due to the second hand nature of the wood frame, expect small imperfections. Inspect photos as needed to ensure you’re satisfied with your choice.

Please email us (goldenpetalgoods@gmail.com) with the following information after you complete your order:

1. Reference photo: please provide a primary reference photo, preferably of your pet in a sitting position from the front or at the angle you would like painted. Additional reference photos can be provided to help us capture more detail, but the primary photo will be used mainly for the portrait.
2. Select a background colour (i.e. artists choice, neutrals, provide a colour or a Pantone code and we will make the closest match)
3. If your pet is wearing an accessory (i.e. collar, bandana) in the photo, do you want it included in the portrait?
4. Please choose from the following: A. I would like to see the painting before it is framed, and have one opportunity to make minor edits. B. I would like the finished portrait to be a surprise, and do not want to see it before I pick it up.

Disclaimers

• One pet per portrait is included in the price.
• The portrait will be painted to fit in the designated frame, which is included in the purchase. It is intended to not be removed from the custom frame. All frames are second hand, and may have very minor imperfections. If you do not want to use this specific frame, please contact us to make different arrangements (such as providing your own frame, or us sourcing a new frame). 
• Custom pet portraits are non-refundable once the painting process has begun and you’ve submitted your reference photos. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions or want to know what to expect.
• If you have additional requests or questions, please email us before you purchase a pet portrait. At this time, we reserve the right to decline custom requests that we do not feel confident fulfilling. Custom request also may incur additional charges. Thanks for understanding!
